Aman Computers LTD (“Aman”, “we”, “our”) engages third-party vendors and service providers to support business operations.
Where such vendors process personal data on behalf of Aman, the following principles apply.

Personal data may only be processed by vendors for the specific purpose defined by Aman and only to the extent required for providing the relevant service.

Vendors receiving access to personal data must maintain strict confidentiality and may not disclose such information to unauthorized parties.

Vendors must implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Access Control
Access to personal data must be restricted to authorized personnel who require such access for the performance of their duties.
Sub-processors
Vendors may not engage additional processors involving Aman data without appropriate authorization and contractual safeguards.
Data Retention and Deletion
Upon termination of services or upon request, vendors must securely delete or return personal data processed on behalf of Aman.
Compliance
Vendors must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws as well as contractual obligations relating to data protection.
