Strong working knowledge of SharePoint pages, web parts, and site structure
Experience with HTML/CSS (JavaScript/SPFx – advantage)
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma)
Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
